Our commitment
We aim to design and maintain Clicklots.com with recognised accessibility practices in mind, including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably achievable.
What we are doing
Using semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive page titles to support navigation.
Providing keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus behaviour and a skip link to the main content.
Maintaining readable typography, responsive layouts and meaningful colour contrast.
Adding text alternatives for informative imagery and accessible names for controls and icons.
Testing important forms, menus and page templates across common screen sizes and interaction methods.
Known limitations
Some older, third-party or embedded material may not yet meet every accessibility objective. Social platform content, external tools and documents supplied by others may also have limitations outside our direct control.
As the website grows, new content and components will be reviewed and improved. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, email [email protected] and tell us the page, the problem encountered and the format or assistance you need. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service another way and to address the underlying issue.
Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and responsive devices. Keeping your browser and assistive technology updated generally provides the best experience.
A practical noteThis website information is intended to explain our general approach. Account-specific proposals or agreements may contain additional terms.
