Quality checklist
Social Media Post Approval Checklist
Use this final check before scheduling or publishing. It is intentionally short enough to become routine but thorough enough to catch the mistakes that damage trust.
Before you begin
How to use it.
Review the finished creative and caption together.
Confirm facts against the source—not another draft.
Check the real destination of every link.
Use a second reviewer for regulated or sensitive content.
